Letter from Linus Pauling to Alexander L. Dounce. March 23, 1953. Pauling writes in response to Dounce's concerns regarding his model for nucleic acids by explaining the recent structural
change he's made by rotating the phosphate groups. Pauling mentions that the x-ray data being gathered at King's College is
much clearer and will resolve any measurement problems. He states his belief that in the next three years a definite structure
of nucleic acids will be discovered. Transcript.
