| This section -- the most frequently used of all the Pauling Papers -- is comprised of over 5,500 photographs, drawings and
other images of Linus Pauling, his family and his colleagues. Historic images of both Linus and Ava Helen's extended family
are available in this section, as are both professional and candid portaits of the Pauling family throughout the twentieth
century. Special Collections holds both hard copy and high-resolution digital versions of the bulk of the photograph collection.
