Dear Daddy,

We are due to arrive at Los Angeles airport at 10:05 a.m. on Saturday Dec. 15^th via SK 931 from Copenhagen. My last letter which said p.m. was incorrect.

I am rather angry, as I was misinformed & misunderstood the fare structure, & the total cost will be $1400. The fares have been changed in such a way that it is now more expensive than it was. The saving Tourist [does?] via New York would be $75, but I do not relish the journey that way.

I hope my plan to be from Dec 15^th to Jan 15^th with you is acceptable to you.

Julia is so excited by the prospect that I feel unable to cancel the plan because of my error in calculating the cost. It is certainly annoying though.

I am working both on the myoglobin & the inorganic work, and there is a great deal to do.
