PS. I do not really think I can live on the Porsche since I got the money for the car. I could ask
to borrow the money so I could get the degree. I am advised: It is better to buy than to rent
furnished for > one year. It is much easier to buy a flat or house than to rent one unfurnished. I
could get a mortgage on or more at 6% in Sterling itself.
