- Letter from LP (at Nassau Tavern Hotel, Palmer Square, Princeton, NJ) to Beatrice Wulf RE: flight information for Peter and Linda; notification of forwarded letters; suggestion that Ms. Wulf call Chuck Newton to get a "non-chemist" for Joe's Friday Evening Lecture. [Letter to Peter from Beatrice Wulf concerning flight arrangements November 16, 1954] [LP Awards, Box 1954h2.4]
13 November 1954
Dear Bea:
All goes well. We are tired, but in good shape.
It would be fine if Peter & Linda could fly with us from Copenhagen to Stockholm. Could Mr. Bennett get these tickets? They will get their own from London to Copenhagen, and Stockholm to London. Please write Peter, giving him time, flight number, etc.
I've signed (& made additions sometimes to) all letters that you've sent me, and many others. I'm having trouble getting time to work up my lectures.
I think your first route is best, arriving Bombay 29 December. The Congress shifts every year. I'll let you know when I find out where it is to be. Mr. Bennett can have the ticket just go on - Bombay, Calcutta, etc. The Indian Gov't will handle side trips.
Why don't you call Chuck Newton & have him get a non-chemist for Joe's Friday Evening Lecture? I'm sure that he would.
Yours,
Linus
