Dear Sister Martinette:
I am pleased to have your letter, and to knew that you enjoyed your visit here.
My wife and I had a good time in Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, although we (at any rate I) become somewhat homesick. We bought an automobile, and drove 4000 miles. It was very interesting to see so much of the country and of small towns, instead of just being in the big cities.
I hope that you will come to see us again
sometime.
Sincerely yours,
