Skagen [Denmark]
Dear Parents,
Been having a fairly pleasant time- reading, eating, swimming, and sunning. I am sort of
brown and red.
I have to come back to Copenhagen. Will come back Tuesday night arriving Wednesday.
I fear I shall miss you. I must stay there a few days. It's imperative I get something done. Then
off to Bragg by quickest route. I want to see him, but don't know what to say. I think I shall try
to stay with Charlotte Green in town.
I hope you have had a good time, and will have a wonderful time in Malenta.
Many thanks for all you have done and given me.
Much love,
XXXX Peter

- Letter from Stella Leche Deignan, National Research Council, to LP RE: Attached is LP's previous summary given for his grant work. The summary details the work involved, which is using X-ray diffraction in an effort to elucidate the structure of nucleic acids using the tobacco mosaic virus as a model. [Filed under LP Science: 14.028, Folder 28.1].
