Mr. E. M. Johnson
Tellurite House
Ithaca, New York
Dear Mr. Johnson:
I am sorry to have been out of my laboratory at the time
of your visit in Pasadena, for I should have liked to talk with you.
I am kept very busy now with war work, in addition to my teaching and my research program in the field of immunochemistry, which I am continuing because of its possible practical value.
I hope that I shall get a chance to stop off in Ithaca and see the Telluride boys one of these days. I have seen Klepz and his wife several times, and have received a number of letters from Dean Kimoton, who is now at the University of Kansas City.
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling
