Dear Professor Lamb:
I recommend publication of the manuscript "The
Structural Effects of Unsaturation and Hyperconjugation, etc."
by Hurdis and Smyth, with the suggestion that the Authors
consider the following remarks.
1. Page 14. I have not understood the remark in the
middle of the page, and I wonder if in line 8 the word
acetaldehyde should be replaced by propionaldehyde.
2. Page 17. Some words seem to have been left out in
line 7 from the bottom.
