Professor Lawrence O. Brockway
Department of Chemistry
University of Michigan
Ann Arbor, Michigan
Dear Lawrence:
I am returning separately by express the manuscripts which you sent to me. It seems to me that both of them are satisfactory for publication in Chemical Reviews. I like the style of Longsworth's article very much, and I am somewhat less satisfied by Herriott's, which seems a little bit elementary; but this article too is I think satisfactory.
Sincerely Yours
