Dr. F. R. Moulton

Dear Dr. Moulton:
I wish to register my vote in opposition to the suggestion of Dr. Barton that the Washington meeting of the American Physical Society be interpreted as a meeting with Section B of the Association in Richmond.
I regret that I shall not be able to attend the Richmond meeting of the Association and accordingly I take no stand with respect to the invitation of Dr. Negus.
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling
