Access to SilverPlatter (WebSPIRS) Databases

OSU Libraries SilverPlatter Databases:

NOTE: The databases on SilverPlatter have moved to other platforms. A key benefit for these migrations is that you will no longer need to allow popup windows on your browser. Also, the Agricola and CAB Abstracts databases have increased coverage.

If you had saved searches in any of these databases, you will need to recreate your saved search on the new platform.

• AGRICOLA 1984-present
  Agricola is available on the Ebsco platform and through the free National Agricultural Library (NAL) platform. Coverage on Ebsco is from 1970-present; NAL has coverage back to 1979. Effective January 1, 2006, Agricola will only be available on those platforms.
• CAB Abstracts (includes Forestry Abstracts and Nutrition Abstracts) 1973-present
  CAB Abstracts is now on the CAB Direct platform.
• Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA) 1969-present
  FSTA is now on the Ovid platform.
• Philosopher's Index 1940-present
  Philosopher's Index is now on the Ovid Platform.
