Armstrong, Mary Louise, Collection, 1936-1946



The Armstrong Collection consists of photographs and newspaper clippings documenting Armstrong's student years at Oregon State College and her work as a Regional Home Economist for the Live Stock and Meat Board in the 1940s. The collection includes 11 photographs.

Brown, F. Ross, Papers, 1890-1963



This collections consists of materials generated and assembled by Brown documenting his student years at Oregon Agricultural College, agricultural work in the 1910s, and participation in the Oregon Wildlife Federation and the National Wildlife Federation. F. Ross Brown graduated from OAC in 1910. The collection includes 85 photographs; several of them are available online in the Best of the Archives digital collection: http://oregondigital.org/digcol/archives/index.html

Dankleff, Richard, Sound Recording, 2010



This recording of Dankleff reading poetry, primarily written by him, was originally made in the late 1970s. Richard Dankleff was a faculty member in the Oregon State University English Department from 1963 until his retirement in 1987.

Edwards, Floyd and Lilly Nordgren, Collection, 1923-1932



This small collection consists of materials created and assembled by Floyd Edwards and Lilly Nordgren, primarily during the early 1930s, when Edwards was a graduate student at Oregon Agricultural College (OAC) and Nordgren was an instructor in office training and secretarial. Both earned degrees from OAC -- Floyd in 1923 (BS and 1931 (MS) and Lilly in 1924 (BS).

Hansen, N. John, Scrapbook, 1937-2007



This scrapbook documents Hansen's participation in the National Association of County Agricultural Agents. He graduated from Oregon State College in 1941 and served as an Extension Service County Agent in Linn and Polk Counties from 1943 until 1972. The scrapbook includes 89 photographs.

Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences, College of, Motion Picture Films and Videotapes, 1968-1998 (FV P 203)



These moving images were recorded and assembled by the College primarily for instructional use. The collection includes films pertaining to oceanographic research, deep water drilling, and offshore oil and gas operations; videotapes of meteorology lectures; and videotapes of marine resource management seminars on the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill (1989) and Pacific Northwest fisheries (1998). This is a preliminary collection-level guide to the collection.

Recreational Sports Department Records, 1964-2008 (RG 240)



These records document recreational sports and fitness programs offered at OSU, primarily for students. The collection includes committee records, sports club files, 9000 photographs, 14 videotapes, and 2 audiocassettes. This is a preliminary collection-level guide to the collection.
