Verbal / Linguistic

These individuals learn best through the spoken or written word. They often: enjoy reading and writing, learning new words, and find it easy to express themselves verbally, as well as on paper.

Bodily / Kinesthetic

These individuals learn best through concrete interaction and experience. They often: prefer hands on learning, continuous movement, and tend to jump right in to a new project.

Mathematical / Logical

These individuals learn best through reasoning and charts. They often: easily recognize patterns and connections, work well with numbers, and work through their problems systematically.

Visual / Spatial

These indiviuals learn best through visual exposure and interactions. They often: visualize objects, plans, as well as outcomes with ease, and often have a good sense of direction.
