Examining an OSU Libraries Catalog Record

When you click on a items's title in the search results, you will be taken to a page of detailed information about it. Clicking on its author or subject(s) will automatically search for that author or subject. This is useful if you are trying to find more items by a particular author (eg: if you don't remember the author's name, you can search instead for something they wrote, then search through all their publications), or if you want to find more items on similar topics.

Also listed on the item's page is its availability: the building it is stored, its call number, and its status. You will need this information if you wish to check it out.
