Databases in Agricultural Areas

Essential databases used in agriculture and related areas are:

1. Major Agricola Databases

2. Supporting Databases in multi-disciplinary areas

a. GeoRefS
b. JSTOR
c. Web of Science (Science Citation Index) Modify Item Modify Item Remove Item

3. Database: Common search fields

Each database will have a set of search fields. These fields usually are:

1. Author
2. Title of articles/books (keywords, or phase)
3. Descriptors/identifiers/subjects
4. Source (journals, mazagine, book etc.)

You can usually use these field to retrieve articles from journals, or magazines.
