Student projects from the
first Book Arts class at OSU, taught by Professor Yuji Hiratsuka, are on
display on the 5th floor of the Valley Library. The projects combine hand
binding techniques, printmaking, digital art, letterpress, and photography to
create unique works of art. Displayed in collaboration with the Special
Collections and Archives Research Center, "Continuum of Inspiration"
is on display through January 31.

Oregon State University Libraries Library Faculty Association invites all
interested colleagues and friends to attend the December presentation of the

will be unavailable from midnight of Monday, November 26th to noon
on Tuesday, November 27th due to a software upgrade. Requests
for items found in the Summit Catalog during that time can be submitted via

Rick Lugg of Sustainable Collection Services will
visit the OSU Libraries & Press on Wednesday, December 5th, to present two
workshops focused on library collections. The first session, “Rethinking
Library Resources,” will take place in the Willamette rooms on the 3rd floor of
