If you aren't on campus, contact the OSU Computer Helpdesk.
Java II (1st floor) can make change. If it's closed, you can put a dollar in the pop machine and press "coin return".
There is a photocopy center on the 2nd floor of the Valley Library at the west end of the main avenue. Photocopiers are also available on each floor. Coin operated machines are located on the first and second floors only. You can also use your OSU ID/convenience card.
Convenience cards can be purchased for $1 from the machine located in the copy center on the 2nd floor of Valley Library, or from the ID center located in Kerr B094. The same sources can be used to add money to your card. To copy, swipe the card on the machine you wish to use.

If you are a student and are logged in with your ONID account, select "vlibmain-Bill My Account" from the dropdown list of available printers. If you are not logged in with an ONID account, select "Angelou" or "Dickens" and use your OSU ID/convenience card to print.
When logged in with ONID, select "vlib colour-ask at reference desk". Notify someone at the reference desk that you have sent a print request to the color printer. Printing costs 40¢ per color page.
Tip: Any changes in properties or settings must be done after you change to the color printer.
Printing from the print icon or saving the file before printing seems to work best. If nothing comes out, make sure the contents are printing, and not the frame outside the PDF.
The Information desk on the 2nd floor has direction slips for printing from personal Mac laptops. They will print only to the printers Angelou and Dickens.
Library laptops print to any of the printers in the Learning Commons. Notify someone at the reference desk that you have sent a print job from a library laptop and they will release the print for you. To release jobs from the printers Angelou or Dickens, you will need to swipe your OSU ID or convenience card.
"Swipe My Card" printing is an alternate to billing your student account. It works on a pay-in-advance system rather than the credit system used by ONID. A convenience card can be purchased from the "add value" machine in the copy center or from the ID center in Kerr B094. Only cash can be added to this card, using the "add value" machine in the library. The ID center can do other transactions. Value is deducted from the card each time it is used to print.
If you are attempting to print a file from Blackboard, the File > Print method sometimes does not work, because the browser sees the file as a separate window. Click on the file's printer icon directly above the text you want to print, or open the file into a different tab/window.
Fill out an ONID Printing Credit Request Form (available at the Reference Desk). Funds will be credited to your ONID account if the requests is approved.
