Feeling Stressed?  Come visit the dogs at The Valley Library.  From 3-5pm on March 13th and 14th, dogs registered with Welcome Waggers will be in the Autzen classroom, ready for petting and playing.

Welcome Waggers is an all-volunteer group and their certified therapy dogs visit hospitals, schools, public libraries, and now OSU, bringing joy and stress relief to those they interact with.

Although this is a first for OSU Libraries, bringing dogs onto colleges campuses is growing in popularity nationwide. A few recent examples include the University of Washington, Rice, MIT, Oberlin, and Emory.

Questions or comments should be directed to Andrea Wirth (andrea.wirth@oregonstate.edu).
