The Oregon Multicultural Archives is honoring the Japanese American students who were forced to abandon their studies at Oregon State College during WWII with the exhibit “The Fall of ’41: Students of Japanese Descent at Oregon State College.” The display includes background about Japanese immigration to Oregon and chronicles the events after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

The OSU Libraries’ Oregon Multicultural Archives (OMA) mission is to acquire, preserve and make available collections that document the lives of African American, Asian American, Latino, and Native American communities of Oregon.

OSU Libraries is hosting an online copyright workshop, "Policy Decisions in the Copyright Arena."  Kevin L. Smith, Director of Copyright and Scholarly Communications at Duke University will be discussing choices to be made while formulating copyright policy for higher education institutions.
