Requesting Guin Library/HMSC, Cascade or Storage Items
Guin/HMSC and Cascade Articles
Guin/HMSC and Cascade articles may be requested and arrive in 3 working days. Articles may be requested using the online catalog if there is not a copy at the Valley location. If there is a copy at both Guin/HMSC or Cascade and Valley locations, use the Circulation Request Form. Place requests on Guin/HMSC and Cascade articles in the following order:
- The library catalog
- The Circulation Request Form
- The circulation desk, or by calling (541) 737-2538
Storage Items
Most volumes in storage may be requested using the library catalog. If a volume is not listed online, use the Circulation Request Form. Place requests on storage items in the following order:

- The Circulation Request Form
- The circulation desk, or by calling (541) 737-2538
Storage items are retrieved between 4-5pm daily. You will be notified via email when the item is ready for pickup.
