Cell phones in the library
Please turn off your ringer in the library, and go outside or use a group study room to have a conversation on your phone. Please do not move to the rotunda as it amplifies noises.
Library computers are provided primarily for educational use. If all terminals are in use and you are using the computer for recreational purposes you may be asked to relinquish your computer to someone who needs it for educational purposes. All computer use is subject to COCC's Acceptable Use of Information Technology policy as well as state and federal laws.
Children in the library
The library follows the COCC campus policy on children that requires all children under the age of 14 to be directly supervised by a responsible adult.
Group study rooms
Group study rooms line the perimeter of the library. They are available to individuals or groups on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not leave laptops or other valuables unattended anywhere in the library including the group study rooms.
