County Agriculturalist (Extension Agent) Walter W. Howard (left) and Ralph E. Reynolds, OAC Assistant Professor of Animal Husbandry, Malheur County, Oregon, 1915. Howard was a 1914 Oregon Agricultural College graduate and joined the OAC Extension Service in May 1915. Reynolds was a 1908 OAC graduate and began working for the Extension Service in 1914.
