College of Health and Human Performance Photographs (P 231)ca. 1925 Scope and Content NoteThis collection consists of photographs of May Day pageants. One of the images is a panoramic print showing the pageant cast with lower campus and downtown Corvallis in the background. The other images show women dancing, the May Queen and her court in the bandstand, and the Queen and her court parading on the Library quadrangle. FormsThe collection includes one panoramic print and 3 8x10 prints. All of the prints are adhered to the cover glass with which they were framed for many years. A copy negative and laser print (from copy negative) have been made of the panoramic print. Another print of the view of women dancing is available in the Women's Athletics Photographic Collection (P9:43). RestrictionBecause the images are affixed to glass, access is limited.
