Scope and Content Note

Collection primarily consists of portraits and group photographs of OSU faculty and staff members. Most of the portraits are photographs that were removed from original employment applications submitted in the 1930s through the 1950s; many were taken by Hise Studio in Corvallis. Other photographs in the collection consist of images of people with a close relationship to the university, including governors of Oregon and the Oregon Agricultural College Board of Regents.

Organization and Arrangement

The photographs are numbered P 46:1-435. Six unidentified photographs at the end of the collection are unnumbered.

The collection consists of 424 black and white prints, 29 B&W negatives, 4 color prints, and 1 color slide.
