Scope and Content Note
This accession consists of films used in the Oregon at Work and Extension 7 television programs. Subjects include agricultural topics such as picking Oregon apples and pears, dairy manufacturing, forage harvesting, poultry and egg production, peas, and strawberries; logging and forest products; fisheries (salmon, oysters, crabs; the 4-H Center; the 4-H Summer School; and the Oregon Technical Institute. Some of the films are not identified.
Forms
The films are 16-mm; both b/w and color. A few kinescope films of actual television broadcasts are included, but most of the films (primarily prints) consist of footage shot on location that was used in one or more programs.
Organization and Arrangement
None of the films in this accession have been assigned individual numbers. A preliminary inventory of the films has been prepared.
