Schedule of Publication Fees for Commercial Use of Materials
Pursuant to Oregon Administrative Rule 576-010-0000, University Fees (effective July 1, 2004), the Oregon State University Archives has adopted the following schedule of publication fees applicable to commercial users of Archives materials.
Publication of still images
| Books, video sales, calendars, CDs Fewer than 10,000 copies |

| Periodicals (per publication) Fewer than 10,000 copies |

| Broadcast film or television | $100/image |
| Advertising and Promotion (online) | $100/image |
| Public Display | $50/image |
Motion picture films and videotapes
$10/second with a minimum $50 charge.
Notes
- Publication fees are not applicable to Oregon University System institutions, non-profit organizations, individuals, or commercial contractors producing materials for Oregon State University.
- Publication fees can be waived by special request to the University Archivist.
