1. Review :
- The next meeting will be May 2
- The committee reviewed the action items from the last meeting.
- Catherine has OK'd the 1st Aid Kit orders and Karen will order them. Radio funding information at next meeting.
- Department salvage priority lists are being completed
- The Disaster plan is being continually revised on the web and a separate appendix has been added
- The committee is almost finished reviewing the separate units and sees the disaster plan being finished by the end of May
2. Disaster Plan
- Waiting for some department salvage priority lists. May want to subdivide the lists into organization files, personnel files and office equipment.
- Bryan is updating and revising the equipment supply list. Will check into local suppliers.
- Penny will review the campus contact list and will check the OSU Disaster Plan for information
- The committee reviewed Unit 3.
- Bryan will change the Appendix numbering to correspond with internal links
- Bryan will provide base maps to Lorraine for locating salvage priorities
- Next meeting: review Unit 4 & the disaster plan exercise
3. Action Items
- Karen will check on funding for a radio
- Karen will order new 1st aid kits
- Members will continue collection department salvage priority information
- Bryan will update the equipment supply list
- Penny will review the campus contact list
- Bryan will revise the web pages as needed
- Bryan will provide Lorraine with base maps
- Members will review Unit 4 & the disaster plan exercise
